Cooking, Food and Love

 I like cooking very much but I am not expect in cooking big meals with myself .I had cook some easy food (for example:salad, omelette, steam meatloaf) to share with my family and friends. Even though my food is not delicious ,they were all have a great time to obtained my eatables.
In addition, I have tried to make some cupcake and biscuits with my friends. That was my first time to make dessert. Before we started We read the recipes and website of making the cupcake and biscuits. Second, we follow the direction and went to the supermarket to buy all the materials we need. Finally, we cooked the food step by step with the recipe. We all felt tensions when we put the cupcake into the furnace. After 10 minutes,in spite of our cupcakes were not look like with the recipe’s pictures,we were all enjoyed the process of cooking the dessert! The cupcake taste not bad assuredly:)
Cooking food make me feel happy,it doesn’t matter the food taste what i did, because I would enjoy the procedure in cooking!

"My Learning Experience - Joy and Challenges"

I have read a news in the tutorial class by ms.nee at last week,it called:’’Perseverance gives duo their just rewards’’.The article is about two A-level students who are physically challenged as they are visually impaired.They encounter a lot of learning difficulties. However,they do not give up and try their best to combat the difficulties.

The news makes me evoke my learning process in the last five year. As I am a healthy people,I feel ashamed because I have not pass the English Language Examination before.
Form now on,I mast work hard to improve my English Language, We will take the Hong Kong Diploma Secondary School Examinations next march.It is coming fast! I must overcome the challenge of English Language to achieve a good result in the examinations.The news of the two students are the good role models for me.I have to spend more time and effort in order to get better in my English Language.

First, I have to make a schedule to myself so that I do not waste the time. Enough practice and recite more vocabulary every day with sheer perseverance and determination must paid off a good result!!

My First Encounter with African Culture - Musicand Dance

What a wonderful day on the post-examination activities! I had join the African Drum with all the S.5 students in that afternoon. I think the African drum is a very gratifying event activity for me.I am very envious of the happy life in Africa, they can carefree singing,dancing and sharing the joy of the life in all the African Drum activities.

In the beginning,I was very impatient with the hot weather and I think that it would be a boring activity.But after fifteen minutes, the host of the African Drum already able to capture the attention of us. He beating the drum and moving according to some rhythm. We tried to follow his instructions and the rhythm to beating the drums. It was my first time to play the African Drums,so it is an interesting and unique experience for me. I had saw my classmates to join the dance too ,they used their unique pace and steps to create their own rhythm. I also be surprised and excited to see the principal and Mr. Wu joining the group and showing their talent in dancing the ‘African’ way. All the S.5 students are focus on the principal and Mr Wu’ s steps to beating the drums. Finally,I was very enjoyed to that other learning experience and I though it may be impressed to me:-)
